1. 1.Provide unlimited online help to get you through the Theory and Hazard Perception tests whilst monitoring your progress as you study.
   
   

2. 2.Structure a course of lessons to suit your individual needs from your first lesson through to your driving test.
   
   

3. 3.Provide relevant feedback during your lesson and record your development in your computerised driving record which you can ask to see at any time.
   
   

4. 4.Give an honest opinion of when I think you will be ready to take your practical driving test.
   
   

5. 5.Provide training on a one to one basis with no other learner driver in the car (no piggy-backing).
   
   

6. 6.Have the highest standards of personal conduct during your lesson, including: avoiding any physical contact except in an emergency / restricting mobile phone calls to emergencies and those for your benefit.
   
   

7. 7.Provide a modern dual controlled car that is clean and presentable.
   
   

8. 8.Always endeavour to be on time at the agreed meeting point. In the event of an unforeseen delay, I will contact you as soon as possible.
   
   

9. 9.Honour the full lesson time paid for, covering an introduction, practical training and your de-brief at the end.
   
   

10. 10.Respond professionally to any worries or issues which you may have, trying to resolve them to your satisfaction.
